Paul Nelson never has been one to take the path of least resistance. On a cool East Nashville night last year, friends gathered in an undisclosed location for the premiere of his video “Caddo Valley Motel.” Not only did Paul write, animate and act (with his wife Brooke) in the rotoscoped video himself, for the premiere he performed the song live along to the video (with Caitlin Anne Webster and Rita Pfeiffer on BUVs).
